Coach Majeski comes to Dodge City from Coffeyville Community College where he spent the last 2 seasons as Defensive Coordinator and Head Strength Coach. Majeski has a wide array of coaching experience. He spent one season at Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, Texas, where he was the Offensive Line Coach and Residence Hall Director. From 2003-2005, he was the Offensive Coordinator at Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska. From 2000-2002, he was the Head Football Coach and Offensive Coordinator at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota. He was the Assistant Head Football Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina, Kansas from 1991 until 1996. Prior to that, Majeski also spent time as a Defensive Coordinator at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana and one other year at Trinity Valley Community College as the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterback Coach.
Majeski is a native of Omaha, Nebraska and a graduate of Millard High School in Omaha. Majeski has a Master of Arts Degree in physical education from Kearney State College and a Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis in physical education from The University of Nebraska-Omaha. Bob played football at Kansas State University from 1980-1983 and also ran track. Bob has a lovely wife Cheryl and two daughters Maddison and Mandy. Through his marriage to Cheryl, Bob has two stepchildren Michael and Sara and four grandchildren.
Michael Garrision - Offensive Coordinator

Michael Garrison brings 25 years of football coaching experience to Dodge City with 9 of those seasons being at the Division 1 level at New Mexico State University and the University of Kansas. Garrison most recent stop was at Scottsdale Community College where he was the Offensive Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator for the last 2 seasons. Michael graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1984 with a Bachelor of General Studies Degree with emphasis on Business, Political Science, and History. Garrison will serve as the Offensive Coordinator here at Dodge City Community College.
Cole Ballard - Receiver Coach

Coach Ballard returns for his fourth year at Dodge City Community College. Coach Ballard played football at Garden City Community College, where he earned academic All-American honors his sophomore year. Coach Ballard then transferred to Kansas State where he was a member of the Kansas State football program.
A native of Haviland, KS, Coach Ballard earned his Bachelor's of Science in physical science from Kansas State. He resides in Dodge City and enjoys hunting and golfing.
Dan Dieringer - Offensive Line Coach

Dan Dieringer brings 19 years of collegiate coaching experience to Dodge City, 17 years as an Offensive Line Coach and 14 years as an Offensive Coordinator / Offensive Line Coach. Dieringer has coached in numerous Playoff and Bowl games, coaching over 17 All-Conference; 9 All-American; and 7 Academic All-American Offensive Linemen.
DieringerŐs most recent stops have been at Central Methodist College (MO); William Jewell College (MO); Doane College (NE); Chowan College (NC); Lindenwood University (MO); Panhandle State University (OK); Kansas Wesleyan University, and Chadron State College (NE).
Dan played football at Pacific and graduated with a BA Degree in History and Political Science (91). He earned his M.Ed. from Chadron State College (94) in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation.
Brent Pradia - Defensive Backs Coach / Special Teams Coordinator

Brent Pradia comes to Dodge City Community College from the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota) where he served as the Defensive Backs coach and special teams coordinator. Pradia has coaching stops at Peru State (Nebraska) University, Wayne State (Nebraska) and was the Secondary coach for the Waco (Texas) Marshalls of the Indoor Professional Football League. Brent played free safety at Kansas Wesleyan University where he was all-conference and all-district as a free safety and played under Coach Majeski. Pradia received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics in 1994 from Kansas Wesleyan and a Masters Degree in Sports Management from Wayne State in 2006. Brent is married (Naomi) and has one son, Brent Jr. (11). Pradia will serve as the Defensive Backs coach and special teams coordinator here at Dodge City Community College.
